Membership

Membership of the British Section of the European Union of Women is open to those who support the founding principles of EUW. To become a member, it is not necessary to be a member of a political party, but members are usually to the centre-right of the political spectrum.

There are two classes of membership - branch membership and direct membership.

British Section has a number of branches which are spread throughout the United Kingdom. Each is headed by a Chairman and branches organise events including occasions with visiting speakers and social events.

Direct membership is available for those unable to join a branch. Members may visit a branch by prior arrangement and may attend all events organised by British Section.
