How we collect your information:
We collect your information when you complete our online enquiry forms, complete our membership application form and renewal form and register to attend our events. We also collect information from the annual per capita forms returned by each branch. The information we collect includes your title, name, address, email address and telephone numbers (including mobile) and interests. We also retain email communications and postal correspondence.
How we use your information:
We use your information to communicate with you regarding your EUW membership, participation and/or interest. Contact details of Officers, Branch Chairmen and Commission Members are displayed in the annual Gazette publication.
Who we share your information with:
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside of EUW without your prior consent unless authorised by law. We only use it to contact you about EUW membership, news, meetings, events and other similar reasons. However, at times we are required to share names of registered attendees of our meetings and events with venues to meet their security requirements.
How long we store your information:
We store your information for the duration of your membership and then for a period of 6 months after your membership ends (unless authorised by law). The names of those present at formal meetings are retained in the minute records indefinitely. We may retain the names of past members and attendance lists in the EUW archive.
